Farming Practices and Philosophy:  I follow organic standards as closely as I can. I will not be  certified  organic this season but I am planning to in the future. I do not use chemical fertilizers, herbicides or pesticides. I  control weeds with cultivation, cover crops and black plastic. I control pests by attracting beneficial organisms,  rotating crops,  using pest barriers, as well as growing strong plants on healthy soil. My nutrient plan is to use compost, lime and other OMRI  approved products.
