Mill Song Bakery is a farm-to-table bakery based in Rockingham County, making bread from local grain three times per week. In 2025, they achieved the goal of growing and sourcing all their wheat from the Shenandoah Valley! They mill their flour fresh on a stone mill, including ancient and heritage grains. They leaven breads with sourdough for flavor and nutrition. Stop by the market and try a sample.

Breads include: French Peasant, Lunchbox Loaf, Seeded Lunchbox Loaf, Sunflower Spelt, Toasted Sesame, Levain Poilane, San Fran Sandwich, 2 kilo Miche, Bolillos, and hopefully a Rye bread and an Einkorn bread.
Treats include: Shortbread cookie, whole wheat cake, Rye Chocolate Chai scone. Pretzel, Pretzel buns.
