We accept all forms of credit, debit, SNAP, EBT and P-EBT that can be processed at the HFM Booth located in the center of the Turner Pavilion.  All vendors accept cash and market money and some vendors can process credit or debit cards directly.

CREDIT / DEBIT

All credit & debit transactions will be processed with a $1 convenience fee. Credit & debit tokens come in $5 increments, never expire and spend like cash with all of our vendors.

SNAP & SNAP MATCH

We are a proud partner of Virginia Fresh Match! For every dollar taken off a SNAP/EBT card, we MATCH. Our current MATCH is $30. SNAP transactions can be processed for any dollar amount and will be MATCHed up to $30. After a transaction is made, two types of tokens will be given - red, SNAP, tokens and blue, MATCH, tokens. Red tokens can be used on any SNAP eligible items and blue tokens can be used on fresh fruits and vegetables only. These tokens can be spent with vendors that have qualifying items.

COMPOST DROP OFF

Drop offs can be made at any time and year round in the permanent Black Bear compost bins located in the gravel lot at S. Liberty and Warren streets. This program is provided by the Climate Action Alliance of the Valley.

MOBILE RECYCLING UNIT

The Mobile Recycling Unit is at the HFM every Saturday from 8:00am to 12:00pm. If the unit fills up, the attendant is required to leave early. To learn more and about items accepted please visit: https://www.harrisonburgva.gov/recycling
