Mashita’s Japchae
In case you missed Mashita’s sample table last Saturday, they're sharing their recipe for seasonal japchae, delicious sweet potato noodles stir fried with vegetables.

Ingredients
12 oz cooked glass noodles
2.5 oz Mashita’s sweetened soy
2 oz sesame oil
3 oz shredded carrot*, raw
Small handful spinach*, raw
2 oz blanched broccoli*
2 oz squash*, raw

Method
Cook noodles according to packaging
Blanch broccoli (about 2 min)
Grab some sweetened soy from Mashita
Heat sweetened soy and sesame oil in wok or non-stick skillet over medium-high heat
Add other ingredients and stir until everything is heated thoroughly
Top with your favorite protein if desired and enjoy
